Description: R106 is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel electrode with a low-hydrogen potassium coating containing 0.5% Mo. It can be used for all-position welding with AC and DC. The weldment must be preheated to 90 ~ 110 ℃ before welding. Application: It is used for welding boiler pipes with working temperature below 510°C, such as 15Mo, AST-MA204 and A335-P1 pipes, etc. It can also be used for welding general low-alloy high-strength steels.   Chemical composition of weld metal(%):
