Description: R406 is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel electrode with a low-hydrogen potassium coating containing 2.5% Cr - 1% Mo.Both AC and DC can be used, and can be welded in all positions. The weldment must be preheated to 160 ~ 200°C before welding. Application: Used for welding Cr2.5Mo pearlitic heat-resistant steel structures, such as high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines with operating temperatures below 550 ° C, synthetic chemical machinery, and petroleum cracking equipment.   Chemical composition of weld metal(%):
